You will be joining a multi award winning, Soho based marketing agency ranked as one of the top 30 in the UK (NMA). Working extensively within the entertainment sectors (Film, Games, TV) with some of the world’s brightest brands (Disney, Miniclip, Xbox, BBC, Chorion) we now need a truly forward thinking Senior Planner with strong audience focus and social media understanding to evangelise and lead the strategy on a really amazing group of clients including a major global FMCG brand owner!

Reporting into the Group Planning Director you will produce leading strategy pieces for your key clients and prospects as well as provide strategic input and recommendations throughout the delivery of marketing and creative campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a passion, curiosity and understanding of online audience dynamics. • Hold primary responsibility for all strategic direction of your accounts.
• Understand audience trends particularly families, kids and teens and provide insight based on this understanding.
• Lead the development of your clients’ interactive strategy across all digital platforms.
• Produce leading strategy pieces for key clients and prospects.
• Provide timely strategic input and recommendations throughout delivery of marketing and creative campaigns to Senior Account Director/Account Director.
• Work with the account teams to pull together a considered, logical and inspiring proposal for them to deliver to their clients.

In return your CV will need to demonstrate a passion for the digital industry and your role within it. You will be the type of person capable of inspiring account teams, creatives, the agency team and clients. You should also be happy putting your presentation skills hard to work, ensuring that clients and internal teams buy-in to brave strategic thinking.

Ultimately we need a strong Planner with a substantial background in digital marketing, strategic development and planning gained in either an agency or client side role. In an ideal world you should also have knowledge of the entertainment industry (kids, families and teen audiences preferential).
