COMPANY:

This rapidly growing IT Software Company specialising in IT solutions for the public sector is currently looking to recruit a Senior Software Engineer/Developer. Primarily a Business Intelligence solution provider this organisation utilises a variety of technologies including SQL Server, Visual Basic, .NET and MS Access.

ROLE:

As Senior Software Engineer/ Developer you will be responsible for the ongoing development of existing and new applications as well as customising existing applications as per customer requirements. As a Senior Development Engineer you will be expected to produce high quality design and functional specification documents and provide pre-sales support by providing technical input for tender documents. C#.net, SQL Server, Sharepoint are all essentials along with Microsoft Business Intelligence tools - OLAP, T-SQL, Data Mining etc

REQUIREMENTS:
Educated to degree level in computer or information science
Professional MS SQL Server 2005 training course certificate
In-depth experience of data warehouse technology within a SQL Server 2005/2008 environment
Sound experience in working with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Business Development Studio
Advanced SQL Server 2005 SSIS and Analysis Services Skills
Business Objects
SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
OLAP (Online analytical processing) experience
ETL (Extract, transform, load)
Business Intelligence (BI) Tools
Data mining
Master Data Management (MDM)
Proclarity
C#
VB.net
Object-Orientated programming
